Charcoal Operated SS Tank Tandoor with Steel Top- 37” x 34” x 34”

Out of 304 grade, Stainless Steel sheets, a Tank is fabricated in a PLAIN design with an opening type heavy duty vent door having Double Insulation for removal of Ash and Oxygen inlet. The Borders measuring 40 mm are embossed to a depth of 4mm thus resisting the Body from getting Bulged due to continuous heat generated inside. Further from inside a Mild Steel Sheet is provided on the Ash Out let side at a Distance of 1" away from the outer S. S. Body to have an Insulation of Heavy Heat Resistant Blanket which again protects the Ash Out let from being burnt due to permanent presence of burning charcoal. Heavy Duty Knurled Handles (2 In front and 2 in rear) are provided for pushing & pulling. 25mm x 25mm inner Frame work for reinforcement is done from inside. 4 heavy-duty Swivel Castors are provided at the bottom making the unit Mobile. The Steel Body is provided with Louvers at the Back for escape of excess heat thus protecting the clay oven from excessive cracking. Suitable Earthen Clay Tandoor is installed in the Tank with the help of Thermal Insulation Blankets, Blocks and Thermocol Insulators. The top surface is finished with Insulation Blankets covered with removable type 16 s.w.g Stainless Steel top. The Mouth of the Tandoor is lined with Stainless Steel Border with 1” depression having Heat Resistant Stone to avoid direct heat Transfer on the Steel top. The Steel top of Gas Tandoors contains a detachable S. S. Gastronorm Pan for storage of Oil, Butter, etc. etc.
