Modular electric fryer with 900 mm depth for double basket use and heated with 2 x 13.5 kW incoloy heaters. Equipped with swing door. Usable for deep frying. Made of AISI 304 with 2 mm top thickness, temperature controlled, fully welded double fryer tank for two basket with separate oil capacity of 14 liters each, includes tank cover, oil drain kit, crumb filter and hook for lifting heater

Powered with 7.8 kW SSS heaters.

Fully-welded griddle with radius constructed of AISI 420 with thickness of 20 mm, preventing rust.
Includes nylon plug to seal the drain and to cook liquid products.
