Modular electric hot top with 750 mm depth, powered with 4 x 3.7 kW cast iron heaters. Static 2/1 GN electric oven with 6 kW heater. Usable for contact grilling and starch cooking. Oven module usable for roasting and baking. Made of AISI 304 with 1.5 mm top thickness, griddle is made of 20 mm thick AISI 420, knife steel, that prevent rust and deliver good thermal conductivity. Powered with SSS (Steady-State Surface) that deliver superior temperature distribution and durability. Oven is sized for 2/1 GN with reflective AISI cavity for superior heat transfer.

- Static 2/1 GN electric oven is powered with 6 kW incoloy heater 2/1 GN cavity and reflective AISI chamber to improve thermal efficiency. Designed with deep-drawned chamber that requires no gasket for maintenance.
- Removable flush griddle constructed of Molybdenum steel (16Mo5) thickness of 18 mm, designed for very high temperature.
- 4 heating zones that heats up to 420 degree Celcius.
